2 players on 1 keyboard local coop

Is there anybody who can reupload / anywhere I can download the 2 players on 1 keyboard file. The old link is no longer up on the pocketwatch forums and I can't seem to find the file anywhere. I have no idea how the file is setup otherwise I'd write the text file myself.

Can't make it work on Linux, probably because it can't read the DLL file. Is there another way?
