Game not saving?

I loaded up the game yesterday to try out the new content. Picked up a few rolls of film and a few pizza ingredients, talked to everyone (avoiding Calento's for the time being), exited from the menu. Now I'm loading up and it's started a new game on me, so I can only assume it didn't save. Help?

In addition, it already knows my in-game name (Solera) but is asking me to input a new one. Super weird. Something funky going on here.

Sorry you're having trouble Esteri - looks like your save may have gotten corrupted, or confused between old and new versions. If you send your save games to [e-mail] I can take a look for you.
