"Columbia Falls" Bonus Area: Done, but Says Not [WORKAROUND]
According to the status of the map, I've completed everything in the "Columbia Falls" bonus area in the main quest:

https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1981635835

Runes: 5/5
Tiles: 1261/1261
Crates and Dirt: 663/663
Treasure Chests: 3/3
Resource Veins: 6/6
Bonus Goal: Find the Hidden Area (check mark)

But, it still says "Map Explored: 99%". I assume this is a problem where I approached an edge of the map somewhere but didn't quit get near enough for it to register. The map is huge (WAAAY too many tiles), but I don't see any "ragged" edges that might indicate where I should look. Can anyone see anything I might have missed? Any suggestions?

EDIT: The workaround for this is to take a screenshot of the map, open it in a photo viewer, maximize it, zoom as far as you can, and scroll around the map areas looking for a discontinuity in the whitish edges. Not the best solution in the world, but it beats jumping around the entire map waiting for the game to realize you've actually visited that one "missing" tile.

EDIT 2: I also put spoiler tags around the screenshot's URL since the image shows where the "Bonus Goal" hidden area is (sorry about that). I was actually surprised that worked.

the 99% thing can be really annoying if you're going for completing everything, and it doesn't help that the minimap sucks. it should either stretch all over the screen or be zoomable. I think you'll have to go over the whole map again, jumping around, hoping to find that missing spot.

Yes, this is something that is admittedly a bit finicky. We're hoping to fix this in a future update, but for now you'll have to just jump around until you snag that missing corner somewhere.

OK. I'll give that a shot. But, with the size and shape of this map, that's going to take some time. I'd also like to repeat that this map is much, much too big. If you look at my "Level time" in the upper left corner, you'll see it's at almost 2 hours. I've played entire games here on Steam that take less time than this one level does. Quantity is great. But, enough is enough, too :) .

Woo Hoo! Yay! I opened the screenshot of the map under windows, maximized it, zoomed all the way in and scrolled across all the whitish edges of the map areas. I found a discontinuity all the way at the bottom, directly below the right edge of my current screen "window." I popped into my game, fast traveled there, and the "Finished" screen popped up. Yay!. Plus, I now have a method of working around the issue if it happens again.

I have a handful of levels that I was stuck on 99%. Finally gave up trying. Maybe one day will go back and try to get again. Would love to see an improvement in the mini-map as the Developer suggests will happen one day. I don't know how doable it will be but a different colored outline would be a huge help.
