How to unlock the mermaid?

not sure if my game bugged, but i started new game and get all first 3 girl , but after i still dont see water pipe in the store, already bought all others upgrades but still dont see the mermaid, sorry my english not my main language

The mermaid is friends with the elf and she tells the mermaid about the store if she is impressed with you. You have to advance the elf before you can buy the hose which will allow you to see the mermaid.

Make more progress with the elf girl and you will eventually get the mermaid and also eventually be able to buy the water hose from the laptop shop.

This is also my experience, so try it out and if it fails I suppose you can reply to this quote and mention the devs for them to have a look at it.
