People, who else besides me had such problems that I just pick up the phone in the old save mode, and nothing happens except that I pick up the phone? And on the new one, the same thing.

Same problem. Even with new saves

I'm experiencing a problem with what i can assume to be a bug, is anyone else having trouble with Emma, its like the only massage that works is the full body every other massage seems to never want to find the spots or never reach, or it can never find it am i doing something wrong or is there actually a problem?

Nah, she's definitely bugged in the other massages. Only not full-body massage that I've been able to get consistently without bugging is the one where she lays on her side. Hopefully the new patch addresses that.
