Backing up save

I recently saw the game and see that there is no cloud save either. Is it a good idea to back up the save of this game in case any future patches ruin progress. Main reason is I haven't been here for the other patches so idk if anyone has had any issues with their saves being corrupted or unplayable after updating.

The game takes about 2-3 hours to beat based on everything I played so far and I don't want to end up having to grind the massage minigame again just to spam money.

I lost my progress on my two steam, I don't want to have to play it all over again, so if I can't get a savegame at 100% I won't play the game anymore

Unless they completely change how their saves work, you can just edit your save relatively easily to start out with a bunch of cash, no grinding required.
