Report a translation problem
Largely, yes. There's some contextual decisions that have to be made though, like what to call the characters, which is up to each translation community to figure out.
1.For translation we use crowdin, which is really easy to use. All you need to do is enter the file, and then you'll have two windows: One with the original text and code formatting (which will be highlighted) and the second one is where you put your translation, you just have to translate the text then you just click send.
2.You don't need to own receiver 2, however it's highly recommender for context purposes.
I've already participated in Overgrowth's OvertOps back in 2009ish. Currently programming software for a military weapon and, funny enough, my current task is to translate GUI from Ru to En xD Got hang of some terms, though not much spare time. But the game doesn's seem to be nearly as heavy on terms(relatively to work), so I can have a look
