Compound; 3285

Conference room sticky note, not one you actually pick up, just a texture on the wall. Does it have a meaning? I can't find anywhere it's applicable, 8:5 is too high for the usual codes thing.

If there's a note that explains it I just haven't found yet... Are notes not always there? I swear there are some in places I already looked. I assume they just appear when I'm out, because I need to leave time for other Receivers to come visit the compound so they can actually... Y'know, write them and leave them for me to find.

notes are random, i think they appear when you enter the compound, so leave play a few rounds and come back

I've been hopping in and out and checking for notes, yeah, but I have yet to find an explanation of "3285." (It's repeated four times, for what that's worth.)
I still haven't gone through decoding the floppies you find in the dreaming, though.

I'm down to one of his left, I think, and I'm wondering if it's hidden somewhere awkward or if the RNG just hasn't graced me with its presence.

I don't think that affects the notes, but I could be wrong, because I usually visited it from Baseline or Asleep and eventually got all the notes.

Still nothing that 3285 makes sense with... 5 is too big for the only code format I know.
