Tapes can now randomly trigger the stalker entity
I was on Lv2 2 and suddenly got a tape i've never got before

be very affraid

This was added in patch 2.0.13. "Stalking Entity" summons the namesake enemy.

the spawn rate for the tape seems to be fairly low, ive only got it once in 30 hours of gameplay

It is one tape among many, but as you go higher in rank on the standard campaign, there are less rank-themed tapes, so you're more likely to get the warning then.

I encounter it from time to time. It's a nice addition to the game.
