Report a translation problem
Mods can be made for Receiver 2 even without official modding support, because Unity games can be decompiled and edited. There's only a few mods so far. Here's the one I know about:

There's a guy who makes some modding tutorials too (using a tool for editing Unity code, called dnSpy):
I've made myself a custom mode by halving the frequency of tapes and ammo, eliminating ammo drops from destroyed turrets.
