achievement bug?

did anyone else have trouble getting the achievement for all puzzle pieces? I've been through the game twice and have scoured every screen, in main and bonus, and I have everything but the achievement hasn't popped. what should i do?

I have the same problem. I got everything in every scene, and yet the game thinks I am missing one puzzle piece. I followed a walkthrough to the letter, with images too.

Played the game and extra chapter twice following a guide that had all 30 pieces, still says I'm missing the middle piece, RIP getting the achievement :(

Edit: I'm an idiot, there was a piece I was missing, it was outside the castle entrance in the trees to the top right
