Achivment "Now We Can Finally Play The Game!"

Tried to get the last one achievement with different sets of ascendancy items (3 different full sets). But it doesn't work. Tried to re-load the save before I got last one piece. Re-collect from the storage.
Is anyone get it? and how?

For example, achievement "Internal Combustion" where you need to use full set of "Together We Stand" works and already gotten

For that particular achievement, you need to equip 4 items that have one of the new Okkar (Ascendant) Catalysts on each of them.

It doesn't need to be a Set like Stormchaser, it's the Ascendant Set that you're going to use.
