Perfect hatred "Seething wrath" stacks bugged?

Hey all,

I think that the stacks from perfect hatred seem to randomly reset all the time even though I'm shooting & killing nonstop. Highest stack count I could reach was maybe 4 out of 11 possible stacks.
Although I did already lunacy 2000 with it I think I could be way better if the stacks actually would... stack.
Am I missing something?

Hey I'll do some testing today. I have the theory that if the wpn energy drops to 0 it will be instantly replenished by consuming stacks. Even thoug I'm constantly collecting orbs of power this could be the culprit.

It's hard to keep track off because the buff is on the top edge of the screen. something crucial as that would be awesome to stack left and right next to the crosshair.

Stacking them up will be seen on the left side of the crosshair and
once the stacks get consumed they will show up on the right side of the crosshair with the number of stacks consumed + the countdown in a kind of subtext

yeah I think that it's actually not a bug that stacks reset often. just hard to see if my weapon energy goes to zero.
fixed that by using 2 piece bonus of stormchaser catalyst now.
