Either find a more recent POST RELEASE ss to use or don't use a "reference". There were many small mission changes done pre-1.0 release hence why the devs CLEARLY stated that NO support is available to ANYONE using early access saves in the post release build.
Yes I am aware that you are COMPARING to pre-1.0 image. All it takes is a dev to be skimming (they do not usually have time to read thoroughly) and see the early access ss and immediately close the thread so they can deal with real issues.
Also because of visual and mechanics edits, pre 1.0 cannot be used as a reference for bug hunting in any game ever. That's the same as reporting a bug that has been fix 3-4 patches ago because your game was not updated yet (hence Valves new enforced update policies)
However, there is one thing you might try: if you have an old savegame where you didn't build the last bypass, yet, try again and wait a few seconds until the mission gets completed.
If you have such a savegame and waiting a few moments for the mission to finish didn't help, we'd be grateful if you could send us that savegame as well.
I'm really sorry for the inconvenience!
Specifically, the Rift Runner achievement requires you to complete a Rift which is different to placing the spatial bypasses.
