1 Cargo container missing unable to complete/ Can't save here either

G & B Lost cargo mission collect 5 missing containers.
Location: CERO system 2,739,314/3,510,547
Found 4 containers with yellow flashing light & have after killing all outlaws flown everywhere & there is no sign of the 5th container

I found that exiting the game & restarting it helps with getting around this problem
