There's no reason to wait. The main content from Wrath of the Ancients will predominantly be after the main storyline is finished, but the side quests which come with the DLC can be done at various levels, it won't matter if you are at level cap or part way through.
Definitely play the game and Titan/Leviathan runs, Get all the upgrades as i think were going to need them.
With Titan's I was level 30 with all ships maxed out and the rewards system treated me like I was level 15-18 ish. At the end of the story line missions I got only a couple of starforged Items and had to chase off the Dreadnought dozens of times to get it to start dropping starforged items. Sorta the same with the Leviathan runs.
Will "Wrath" do the same thing or will the rewards system be tweaked?
