Spore Missile "Confused" status effect
What does it mean exactly? From observation it doesn't hurt the enemys ability to aim. They don't move slower or attack their allies.

What am I missing? :D

The Confusion status effect turns them hostile to everyone, including their own team. In a 1v1 situation they will still attack the player.
