The Devs are busy with Everspace 2.
As for the main question, these devs made space games for mobile and tablet devices a long time ago, and then a game for apple tv (also space), and then Everspace, then Everspace too. It seems they love space games :) Good chance when they finish with Everspace 2 they will make another space game of some kind, though it likely won't be a direct sequel. Everspace 1 for example was a rogue lite space game. So if I had to guess their next game will be a space game but with some new twist or direction on base game play!
This contnet barely enough for a week.
What is biggest mistake of ROCKFISH - they didnt define what type of game they making.
In the end - good enough but just a single run game without any serious perspective.
What do any of these words even mean in this context
Everspace 2 is getting more content and that's a good thing
If you want a Game that you can play again and again and again.... im sure you will find one, if you look for it :)
The game was always set out as a single-player, story driven experience with some optional repeatable elements which appeal to a lot of players which we've expanded upon over time.
We've more to come for our game in the the future, but please be patient as we work towards those goals.
You guys are awesome, looking forward to it!
That is why I'm not a dev. I'd say "have you completed every challenge in the game? Tried every ship? Every weapon? The game isn't complete yet". That is professionalism.
