What ship are you running ? what weapon you'r using ?
Is the level diff hight ?
Madcap explode and throw mines at you , do you take theses ? they can be deadly.
If you have hard time with the pod , one homing missile and it's 90% of the time down.
I really did not had this feeling , even tho 1st madcap surprised me =D.
To me one "off" balance thing is the armor drone , it have so much range atm ..
And ofc long range ship / weapon are really to easy to play atm. sniping is cool (but miss a zoom :( ) but can be to powerfull. I'm sure this will be balanced by enemy snipers / okkar / teleporting ships , like in the 1st opus.
very possible and easier to deal with than a viper..hell an armor drone mixed into a group is a larger problem.
HOWEVER: I think I found a BUG:
When returning to the Trader . . . uh, I don't get any credits . . . I had 2K going in, and he promised 3K, but when I get to the base, he just says "What do you need?"
NOPE: I just wasn't paying attention to where I had to go.
I hope they don’t balance it any easier because then there’ll be no challenge at all.
Railgun/Beam Cannon/Misisles for the win.
Used a Damage Booster on the Viper - 3 shotted his ass......was quite fun.
Mad Cap Pods are annoying but die fast with beam cannon easily...
Try different weapons. EMP/Boost Mods
Some things are better off taken out at long range.
sounds like i need to stock up on some damage boosters, forgot all about these, bet theres alot of little stuff like this i just keep forgetting about......Damage Booster on a railgun ?.....hope so
