Impossible to finish side mission "Completionist" and "Rips in space" ?

I killed all worms on athor 1 and finished all shadow creature puzzle before finding the completionist quest. I cannot seem to find them for the scan.

Is it impossible to complete it now ?

Also I placed all Bypass but can't complete the rips in space mission.

I'm on the windows store version.

For the second, check the Bug Subforum, its known.
Athor is not the only planet with these Animals, Plants and strange Creatures.
You will have to tell me how far youre in the Game, but i guess there are still Shadows.

Thank you fo your response, I just found the patch note with the rips in space fix, the windows version is not up to date so hopefully it will be updated soon :)
For the shadow and worms, I'm glad that it can be found elsewhere, I will continue to look for it.

you have shadows in the same system in the bones of the giant whale like animal.
There are several worms on Athor though. They grab you with their tongue. Kill one then scan it. They respawn anyway.

I already cleared all shadows in the system but found another one in the icy system. For the worm, I finally found one that respawned.
