Help with The Eye mission
I am having trouble with one of the drones sections in The Eye mission. It's the one where there is an open space, two turrets on the other side and blue moving shields. I have the impression that I should find a way to turn off the turret but I can't find anything around the area.

Maybe you've been playing too much Fallout lately, thinking you can hack a terminal and disable some nearby turrets? Everspace 2 has no such mercy. :dos2skull:

You have to maneuver around and past the moving shields, which shouldn't prove too difficult in the first 2 areas, but in the third one you'll have an extra challenge what with the ventilation air pushing you from behind...

I finished the ventilation one (on which you can hack the turrets. I'm stuck on the other one with the turrets.

Same here, can't pass those turrets :(
EDIT: Its a bug with reputation... reload game to fix it!

You can't disable turrets in that mission, it is a obstacle course. There was one part where you need to go trough a ventilation hole on the ceiling.

You can enter green holes, but stay away from red ones. They suck. Or blow :steammocking:

Every walkthrough video I saw, showed those turrets as disabled.

It's a bug. Ran into same issue. If you've agro'd the local outside, the turrets inside are active. They remain active even after killing all the outside spawns. Saving and reloading (didn't need to quit to desktop or anything) solved it for me.

Please post this in the Bugs and Technical Issues forum so the Devs see it. They are fixing bugs as they find them and they monitor that forum closely. This forum gets too much traffic for them to see it.
