Edit: Well apparently you can't search for numbers. Never ran into that problem before. I guess you can do a search for complete, but you'll find a lot more than what you really wanted. I guess you'll just have to search for the threads, there are tons of them.
So, rather than being unhelpful, either don't post and let the thread die or provide some insight.
**edit there's only mentioned by the Dev of a perk to unlock that will show complete.
Also note that max difficulty is very easy (vastly easier than Everspace 1), so it's not a bad idea to prioritize the main quest until the enemies in it become your level or higher. That way you also unlock the perks sooner.
