Any interceptor builds?
All my equipment has firepower/precision on it and any tertiary works.

For guns, I use the Maverick, usually a Flak, and a Thermo. I like to mix up the disable shields and the defense debuff on them. Sometimes I swap the Thermo for a Railgun.

Secondaries, I always go for missiles that fire free on critical with the 'can't be intercepted' bonus. I always use Range/Marksman catalyst on guns. That 600m+ difference sometimes is the difference from dying or not.

Consumables, I use Nanobots, Cloaking Device and Damage Boosters I suppose I should trade the Cloaking Device for a Device Charger though.

My devices are Energized Boost (Double Speed), Frontal Shield Generator (Reflect), Fusion Hook (+range) and Teleporter (refund).

Ship passives are currently the crit ones. I can't really tell a huge difference from the damage passive but crits feel better/are cooler.

Perks: Defensive Massacre, Crit Happens, Retaliation, Downtime Warrior and Symphony.

Someone got a better build?

I like mines with magnetic pull a lot. Especially if you go for long randed build, so you can set up your own minefields, which works particularly well against bigger enemies and bosses.

Late to the party but:
Gear:
3piece Blightmonger set (Deteriorator-Primary weapon, Containment Unit, Hazard Shield)
2 Piece Rouge set(Rattler-Primary weapon and rascal-Secondary weapon)
2 Piece vigilante set (Judge-Primary weapon, and Jury-Secondary weapon)
Random destabilizer OR web missile with auto-fire on primary hits)
2 Piece Tides of Siren's Sea Set (Scaleguard, Hydrosurge Drive)
Legendary core 'Thundercore'
Legendary sensor 'visions of decay'

Devices:
Corrosion injector(mercy kill), nano injector(Carefree), EMP Generator (Shield surge), and Missie Defense system(Sustenance)
Consumables: hardly ever needed, but 2x3 shield, 1x2 device recharger for L1000 rifts.(Never need them except in rare situations where heal on hits just not working)

Plan to change it up some when/if I can get the toxic shield and/or legendary plating, but so far this setup breezes though anything so far, the way the sensor and corrosion injector synergy is nuts (it hits 3+ targets, if any of them die, it resets so can infect another 3, etc, if ANY of them die, it resets timer, each use gives me reactive armor, of any device, and I get tons of armor regen as long as anything has any corrosive effect on them, only deal breaker is the fact I have to constantly target and use that device, like non stop cuz it resets near instantly with each use)

The real meat is the fact your NEVER not out of ult. It will be up in 2-3 kills, and it lasts for 40+ seconds(And if it ever manages to expire, its up again near-instantly) so energy use on weapons is not a factor (Double bonus is with rattler vs bosses, the faster attack rate means u can proc an endless amount of 'on hit' effects that melt every capital ship in seconds, the Deteriorator weapon is for insects and peon mobs, managed to get one with on hit hull repair and aoe damage effect, so it can clear most anything out without even having to turn and face, just target nearest mob, and use corrosion injector, and fire non stop.

Nice build!

I made myself a Calc table to figure out all the possible and desirable set combos. Didn't get Visions of Decay yet, but Thundercore + 3 piece Vigilante is also a nice combination for extra boom.

With vigilante set you hardly need destabilizer IMO, would go for a web or corrosion missile there (no interception perk would work great for your build).

Slight change up - Now using omni and visons, with visions - honestly feel this is hands down the BIS legendary for ANY build, since with corrosion hitting 3 targets and if ANY of the 3 die, it instantly resets cooldown + each use gives reactive armor, it makes you nearly invincible as long as there are any targets near you. Tried the combo on a vindicator,on a striker, and on a vanguard, and it just made each setup 100x more effective in every situation.

Had the toxic shield, and found it extremely subpar, and was nice having a little extra damage, the tiny amount it gave was so minuscule compared to the already overflowing amount from corrosion injector, and with omni manus going, (with missile defense) the extra dps from that is absolutely astounding (plus it lasts an ungodly amount of time)

From testing, the thundercore was pretty nice, even vs 'resistant to emp' mobs(Still does damage to them) and if it weren't for the omni find, I'd still be using it now. (Mind u all these 'tactics' require close infighting with mobs always crowded around you)

And ya about the destabilize missile, it 'adds' to the damage, but the amount it adds does not match the full 6 stacks vigilante gives (although no mob would last to get all 6 stacks...) and web is prob a better choice (Have yet to find a decent rolled one though)
