What's the point of minerals ?
Hey everyone,
I was wondering about the usage of minerals outside the perks unlocking... Did I miss something ?

I think these are parts of the "recipe" to build components, which are themselves parts of the "recipe" to build items like weapons, catalysts, and so on ...
