Stuck on 'Gathering dust' side quest

I'm trying to find the server in the ghost fleet and it brings me to this derelict ship but there's no way past the shields, i've looked everywhere and don't see any way to bypass the shield controls. I'm not sure if this is a bug, see screenshot. Anyone know how to finish this quest?

If you make a 180 from the position in your screenshot, you will see another shield barrier in the distance in the next "building". You can enter that building from further behind and inside that building is a shield generator that will remove both shields
