Find lost cargo - big waste of time
These type of missions can be really annoying... I just can't seem to be finding the second out of 2 cargos, and the first one, I found it by pure luck, as I was exploring an asteroid with resources on it.
Am I missing a visual/audio cue or a mechanic cause at this point these type of missions seem a very big waste of time...

they are def one of the time wasters, like bottom of list and just want to play hide and seek.

Not that hard......never had an issue with them for my end.
The Missions are worth more as standing boosts and less anything else anyway.

there are two types of these loot things that you need to search, one makes an audible ping sound and it changes depending on distance, but i think that is usually a box that you need to open.

the other that i think you are speaking of is only showing a TINY yellow blink light, that is really hard to see and a search are is marked by waypoints that i often fly over multiple times until i randomly see it, i HATE those.

The ones without any indication of the area to be searched are definitely annoying. Let me know I'm actually in the right area to be searched at least. I don't mind the hunt unless the hunt is the entire zone which seems to happen with some of these. I spent a good hour combing over a wreckage site that was supposed to have 4 containers and I never found a single 1. Finally just abandoned the job after an hour of searching.

think if there are blinking probes that show something in that area they should also have a halo around them in the color of the probe light. Cargo seems to have the blinking lights.....but not everything so far. Would be nice to have a signal graph for the sensor that would auto turn on when entering proximity of the object to look for kind of like what we had earlier when looking for those gate keys.
