That is what I was assuming... as far as the realism with pen, suppression, supply it seems similar in that regard only to warno (I know the game overall is much different).

But it's not realistic. Everything is too fast like in the movies and the engagement distances are shortened to fit on the screen. It's an arcade game not a simulation.
Steam is the biggest arcade outlet
Compared to the competition, like Company of Heroes, Men of War is (or was) pure realism 😉 the beta of MoW 2 though felt a bit less realistic than Gates of Hell Ostfront for example. Ammunition that’s spent, ammunition types, armor penetration, the angle of the hit (at least I think so), destroyable environment that has impact on the units (e.g. collapsing house parts will hit and kill infantry) or running over infantry with a tank all make the game way more realistic compared to CoH even though it is still not a realism simulation ofc.
I also fancy the frontline mode of MoW 2, that’s really nice and dynamic.
