WARNO. This game had a bad launch. I'm planning on getting MOW2 next year when it's all fixed and polished.

this. eugen has already published warno like titles 100 times before. eugen games are all the same (they are not bad though).
If you want to play Multiplayer, eugens strategy is especially bad because they are constantly splitting their community by adding more and more games of the same type.

Warno. I seriously cannot recommend this game in its current state. Maybe when the game has been patched into a fun and functional state. But right now, previous titles fulfill those terms better without the wait.

Men of War 2. Warno is another type of experience and mostly strategy than tactics. Men of War is fine; it doesn't have any real problem.

really just comes down to whether you prefer to control a handful of units (men of war 2) or a few dozen (warno) at the same time

Men of War 2 will have you in control of a battalion or regiment sized detachment of units. the focus is on positioning and making the most out of the few units you do have.

Warno plays at the divisional level so you have access to way more troops. but this also means you are more or less required to keep up with all of them. I'd say the game focuses more on large battles where you are either throwing units at the enemy or they are throwing theirs at you.

both are great games, especially for single player skirmishes/campaigns. but if you only plan on getting one, i'd watch gameplay and see which one you prefer from there.

I own both, two completely different type of games, scale wise, can’t go wrong with either!

Bro go for the warno, this is not even a competition. Especially because this game is super heavy on micro way more than warno...

having +100 hs playing MOW2 and experienced about 5 connection lost messages, if that's your concern. Buy GOH also; wait for broken arrow release instead of Warno.

If you're looking something like wargame series, try Steel Division 2. Watch some youtube videos etc.

Men of War is a very different genre game. Take a look at MoW series too.

Different games, get whichever you want, get both in the end. You shouldn't limit yourself to one game. I don't understand why people make such a big fuss about offline mode when they're literally whining online about it, especially since the game has announced offline mode, it wouldn't matter at this point even if you're a die hard offline only, you're online and you will be online. If your net won't work, you can hotspot your phone lol.

Pretty much the same, I agree, was trying to not be bias, though MoW2 is my favorite of the two, although I like both.
