Voice chat
This game need voice chat in multiplayer lobbies.

It would definitely be a useful option. Sadly no one is gonna use it or only to flame others.
People don't even bother to respond in chat, why would they bother to use the VOIP chat in any decent manner.

No one in our gaming clan uses in-game voice chat when it's available. We all use Discord or, in rare cases, Teamspeak. Nice to have, but there are more important problems in the game that human resources should be used to fix.
