Unable to buy gems

after clicking in buying gems i see the processing message and it does not complete, keeps processing

i spoke with devs this morning, there will be a hotfix soon covering most issues

25 May > Same problem as OP : it endlessly says "processing" on a black screen. When is the "hotfix soon" announced 10 days ago?! Devs are losing money.

If anyone is still experiencing an issue please lodge a ticket on freshdesk as hotfix 3.1.1 was implemented a couple of days ago.

Same here. go to buy gems, it just adds the money to my steam account and nothing in risk. Unless I am doing something wrong...

Agreed, i just had a look into steam version and made a purchase to see the issue. For in-game purchases they do go via the Steam API which uses steam wallet.

If you have synced your account on your Apple or Android device you should be able to purchase gems through google pay or apple pay with the exact value directly.

I hope this has helped somewhat.

I am seeing this issue as well. Here's the simple repro case.
Steps

1. Launch the game from Steam
   
2. Click on Shop. -> The Shopping screen appears.
   
3. Click on Gems in the bottom banner. -> The Gem Packs list slides into place.
   
4. Click on any Gem Pack, for example the Supply Crate.

Results

• The screen fades/grays out.
  
• The text "Processing..." appears centered on the screen with a spinning icon to the left of the text.
  
• The game hangs.

I have let it sit for an hour in this state, but nothing ever happened.
At this point the only options for closing the game are Alt+F4 or Task Manager and avoiding the shopping area.

Let me know if you need any other info.
