Win the Game & Game Doesn't End: HAPPENED 2x SO FAR

Anyone else having this issue? 2 games I've won today both continue even after all other players are eliminated. This is extremely frustrating as I've sunk a few hours into both games and trying to reach Grand Master.

This issue relates to our current server setup and one of the main reasons our team is working hard on the overhaul update set for mid of this year. It's proven tricky to pinpoint the cause so in the meantime I can assure you if this does happen the game will be auto closed by our server after 24 hours and award ranked points correctly. We understand this isn't as satisfying as seeing the victory screen but it is our best solution while we continue to look for the cause and also move towards our overhaul update, let us know if you have any questions on this and I'll be happy to provide more info :)

How long ago did they post this response considering it says a fix in mid-year update?

also my same game is still running and I have 15,000 troops right now

do you have any clue on how to fix it? I validated my game files yet its still happening. Never had this happen after playing (and winning) a bunch :)

No, I don't. And apparently, SMG doesn't know how either, since it's still happening.
