People getting so often over 30 trops in trading cards?

The max I have got from trading cards is always around 5-15 trops, but I see dudes that they are getting almost always above 30 trops.. is this some sort of VIP priviledge or like cheats?

It is room setting: fixed card or proggresive card.

In fixed card, you can only get maximum of 12 troops for a set (10 for set, 2 for territory card). In proggressive card, the troop bonus increase for each set traded in: 4-6-8-10-12-15-20-25-30-35-40-45-50-55-60 (+2 if trader have right territory card)

There are 3 ways to gain troops:
1. Having many territories. If you have 12-14 territories you get 4 troops, if you have 15-17 territories you get 5 troops, and so on.
2. Holding continent.
3. Trading card

Card setting only changes the third way. In fixed card, the value of set depends on type of cards (4 for infantry, 6 for calvary, 8 for artilery, 10 for all). In progressive card, the value of set depends on how many sets have been traded in before.

You can always check current value of set by looking at right side of card menu. For example, if it says 20 - 25 - 30, that means a set currently worth 20 troops, next set worth 25, and the one after it worth 30.
