I win the game but the game continues and it only gives me the option to surrender. I am new to this game. Is this normal? What should I do?

This issue relates to our current server setup and one of the main reasons our team is working hard on the overhaul update set for mid of this year. It's proven tricky to pinpoint the cause so in the meantime I can assure you if this does happen the game will be auto closed by our server after 24 hours and award ranked points correctly. We understand this isn't as satisfying as seeing the victory screen but it is our best solution while we continue to look for the cause and also move towards our overhaul update, let us know if you have any questions on this and I'll be happy to provide more info :)
