We'll be able to fix the sync issues in January as that seems to be a bug. If you have redeemed on mobile it will be captured.

Ok i don't think you realise who is missing out in this exchange and also no need to be sorry. You should try being less sarcastic in life. It'll make you a much better person.
Don't think you're in a position to be sassy towards your players when you put blatantly wrong information in your update announcement. Quote:
"Remember: purchases and loot obtained on mobile also work on Steam. As long as you log into your RISK account."
But now you're saying:

The mix-up here is that there must be a bug with the syncing from mobile to Steam. I have flagged to look at when back in Jan.
What I explained that we didn't have time for (and crossed the streams wrongly), was that you can't login to your Amazon account via the Steam build. It has to be done via mobile. This additional Steam/PC SDK wasn't able to be tested.
If you've claimed it on mobile we'll have a record of this and will be able to fix in a Steam hot fix in 2021.
Hopefully in future we'll be able to have a sync between mobile/Steam accounts AND the ability to link Amazon Prime directly in Steam. That would be cool :)
I'm in the same boat. I have linked my account via the android app, and seeing nothing on the steam client. Should i just wait or contact you too ?
We've checked the the data is in the backend to say you have it. So we probably just need to add an extra check and we'll patch this in Jan when we get back.
