X2, creates a directory in the steam folder and a Desktop shortcut, that is all.

the problem --> the download package is empty ...!

It does not work. I restarted the computer and then the steam app, it still doesn;t launch

Success. I found the Risk.app and launched directly instead that from the Steam library.
