Continuous scrolling when choosing number of troops

Anybody know how to stop the scroll bar when selecting troop numbers? Mine flies by and does not stop. Playing with others who do not have this issue. Have to guess and press go when you think it might be right.

i couldn't find anything either. I then wrote a ticket to the support no answer yet. I am playing risk on my phone for now, so thats something.

Tried turning off the mouse and it was still scrolling. Tried using keyboard with no change in behavior. If I right click during the scroll I can get it to stop but as soon as I let up it goes back to scrolling. I'm playing on a Mac Pro running Windows 10 via Bootcamp and it happens with both Apple Magic Mouse and Logitech mouse (both bluetooth).

This is still being actively investigated, no guaranteed solution available - if you reply to the ticket and/or send the DXDIAG.txt file this will help us investigate this

I just checked again and resolved it.

Try unplugging any extra peripherals. I have a racing wheel always plugged in and have noticed it seems to have an inverted joy setting that is always maxed out. In this case it must have satisfied an input condition for map/unit selection.
