he didnt read it, acknowledge it, or even condone it for all we know.
the 2 week beta test before launch was a farce and changed nothing. because it relies on the developer desiring any form of criticism. if this was the case, a year before launch he would have those willing to stick around do a closed test and offer feedback, not a 2 weeks before it drops, thats only enough time to crush any unintended features (bugs) in the first couple weeks after it launches and not result in any major changes. if he is looking for any major changes to the next versions design either for game balance or the like, if it were dropping next year this time, then this time this year would be a closed session.
in short, its not happening.
