I used my closed Beta key on the wrong account.
So after seeing that alpha users we given a free closed Beta key, I quickly went to use the code on steam. Only after using the code, I realized my brother had logged in to his steam on my PC.

Does anyone know if there is a way to get the game moved to my account?

You should at least be able to set up family sharing so you can still play it on day one.

Update for those who care: Steam support finally replied. They were able to transfer the key to this account. Thanks for the help!

Yhea that's what I tought. Usually it's not a problem if you explain it good enough, can provide proof that you own the key. Etc etc.
