If so, go to: https://picroma.com/account/login/?from=/cubeworld
And click "Forgot Password?"
I did it myself and can verify it did send the reset email to my account.
If you don't have access to that email anymore, or are having issues, try contacting: support@picroma.com
i've got access to the account, its just that cubeworld is missing from the "my games" tab. which is why i stated that i could provide proof of purchase
Definitely contact support@picroma.com with your proof of purchase.
its not a browser issue it's an account issue, i've checked both via firefox and chrome. for about 5 years i lost access to my account because i was constantly getting hacked because i had cubeworld, then i got a new laptop and the hacking stopped, but i forgot the password i had set. i then found that there was a password reset email i had never used and still worked and got access to my account again. and now the games just not there.
Are they going to check all that to not resquest to thoses "first buyer" to buy the game again ? OO
@pixxie stated earlier that if we provide proof of purchase they will still give us a key, honestly man I'd start searching for it. Just use picroma as a search modifier
