[FIXED] Friend can't launch game (Cannot initialize Direct3D)

So I wanted to play this game with my friend as soon as it came out and I even paid the game for him to play with me, but as he tried to launch his game he got the "Cannot initialize Direct3D" problem but his DirectX is up to date and so are all of his drivers, he hasn't got the best computer but it can still make much bigger game run and I'm losing my mind thinking I was just hyped for nothing and I spent 40 euros for no reason :( Can someone please help us :( btw here are his log_startup.exe:

Well.. I (and many other) have the exact same log and error. We'll have to wait for a patch or refund it. There seems to be no fix or workaround just yet.

Try this!

1. Go into your Cube World folder
2. Open the file "options.cfg" with the Editor program
3. Change the last entry "antiAliasingSamples 8" to "antiAliasingSamples 1"
