The boat problem

So traveling from sea region to sea reagion is gona be a pain if the boat keeps disappearing right? If this is the case than what is the point for the boat in the firstplace if you can only use it in he one region than do a 40 min swim to find another? Will they add it so boats stay active when u cross regions until you get to the next boat?

1. Boats always spawn in villages in Ocean Biomes.
2. Just use the Flight Master to fly to a Village.

I have found a boat pretty fast after entering a ocean region, just on lore pillars .. maybe there is some special rule for boat spawning in those?
