Can't fine Spirit Bell or Ancient Harp

I've walked around my region and talked to every person i saw, going to each town at least 2-3 times. Didn't get a quest for either. I already got the extra riding speed from the dungeon but i have a purple rating quest, and 2 other doors locked by the harp as well as a section of the dungeon marked off because of the bell. I've tried climbing all the hills and mountains to see if maybe there's something there but I can't find anything. I've spent 4 hours at this point walking around to no avail....

Not all regions will have spirit bell or harp or any of the other items

If they can spawn the locked doors but not the key that's straight broken.

So I just can’t finish the quest, unlock 2 other golden doors, or pass the blue barrier in the dungeon?

In my first zone I spawned with towers that required divine harps but the harp didn't spawn, also had two treasure spawns that were under the map with no way to get to them in otherwords you probably got a bad generation and spawned without the key

There should be a wizard tower somewhere to deal with the barrier. Maybe the spirit bell is locked behind a harp gate and vice-versa. I wouldn't be surprised if the game didn't sanity check for that, given what happened with dungeons and region borders.

So do I just move regions? Or keep looking?

Unless the next update fixes it, I'd say so. You're probably only missing like two blue loot drops and a purple anyway. Provided you have some decent region+ gear yeah, shrug and move on.

What is region+ gear?

Region+ gear is gear with a + after its name. That gear can be carried over into nearby regions without losing its power, so you get a head start on the new region. And I notice some biomes have few/no low tier enemies (like the desert) so you might need at least a couple pieces to get started in one.
