How do I open these blue doors?

They're like blue see through doors. Im assuming theres something I need to do but Ive practically searched every part of the region and talk to a fat chunk of npcs and still theres nothing indicating on what I need to do for these doors.

Blue see through doors require you to destroy a magic crystal in the region. I found mine at the top of a large cylindrical tower.

Ah. Does it have some kind of unique icon on the map that Id be able to search for?

its just a purple square
