100% Kingdom Lore - Artifact locations

Not sure if everyone has figured this out yet, but when you get 100% lore in a kingdom all of the artifacts within that kingdom are then shown on your map, in all of the kingdoms regions. I just hit 100% and artifacts were showing up on my map in regions I had not been to. Additionally I discovered there was a 4th artifact in my starting region that I had missed.
