Performance Issues
After playing the game for a couple hours, I have noticed some issues regarding performance. When I ran the alpha on my laptop, it had no problem getting 60+ FPS with all the settings on max. However when playing the beta, I have to keep my render distance to 15% in order to get somewhat stable FPS (a bit less than 60). I have also noticed that during times when loading in new areas (regions, dungeons, etc.) there some spikes in the FPS.

I understand that the beta brings in a lot of new content that effects the performance, but I thought that with the addition of the 64 bit engine (https://twitter.com/wol_lay/status/848263616726016001) and porting the game to DirectX 11 (https://imgur.com/a/Q1J1x88#EyxmfSJ), it would help with the performance of the game.

For those that are wondering, here are my laptop specs:
- OS: Windows 10 64 bit
- GPU: Integrated AMD Radeon RX Vega 10
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700U
- RAM: 8 GB DDR4 2400 MHz
