Unable to finish character creation.

I cannot finish character creation as there is no Start button anywhere.

If you're running windowed mode the name field might be hidden behind your taskbar (bottom center) and you need to enter a name for the start button to appear (lower right)

I had same issue till I clicked the white bar at center bottom and entered a character name, then got a new button on bottom right to start.

Hopefully this is what your missing, if not I have no clue.

The name field doesn't have a title or tool tip at the bottom so it's easy to miss. I also had an issue where the camera was zoomed in completely on my character's face and had no way to zoom out since the zoom keys were not mapped by default. You would think binding them to the mouse scroll wheel would be an option, but it's not.
