I want my key

So basicly I had the game, but the Mail it was registered to is't working anymore.
The password recovery just says E-Mail not found and I'm 100 pecent certain that it ist that specific mail.
I still have the receipt, so is there a way to get a key or the account back?
And yes I've wrote an E-Mail to [e-mail] and I got no response, a year ago and a few days ago. I tried that before the whole getting to steam thing.

If it says that they didn't find that email, that's the wrong one plain and simple. Unless you can locate your receipt for purchase, you're probably ♥♥♥♥♥♥.

The question is what email is on the receipt?

I'm pretty confident if you email an image of the receipt you have to the support email they'll sort you out with a key, whether you can access your account or not. I believe this was explained in the q&a thread, don't quote me on that though.

lucky you have your receipt, I can't find my account or email that I bought the game with, back when I made 30 different emails because I thought changing usernames was cool. So although I have no way to get it back, I'm still definitely more than willing to pay for the game again. I loved playing it.

Yes but with the run up to release I imagine they've now just become active on the support email again. If I was you I'd send an image to them of your receipt and ask if it is sufficient for a steam key, they have been extremely accommodating.

There's two ways you can obtain it:

1. Send paypal receipt to [e-mail]
You can find a guide on how to recover old paypal receipts and transactions in a guide I've posted under the Guides section on the CubeWorld Steam page. BE AWARE: It can take paypal up to 48 hours to generate the transaction report for you. So you want to start ASAP if you want to be able to get into the Closed Beta in a decent time considering Wolay and his Wife are swamped in support e-mails most likely. Obviously you need access to the paypal account you bought the game with.

2. Recover the picroma.com account (where your steam Closed Beta key actually is located). Try any password you can think off and try any e-mail you can think off that you have used. Make sure to also see if it's not the same e-mail as your paypal one.

Nontheless the discord is indeed the biggest one there are for CubeWorld right now.

Well, I did get it from a sticky, something only a moderator can make. I'm assuming only the two devs can approve moderators. But I just searched, there really isn't an official one made by the devs themselves, so it's the best shot.
