No access to Picroma account

I went to my old email and found the old receipt for Cube World alpha back in 2013, I tried resetting my password but when I enter my email, it says "email not found". Anyone has had any success retrieving their old picroma account?

i have now my old picroma account, and too have steam key and activated on steam!! are u sure that u email old?

Check all your e-mails on picroma.com with "Forgot Password".
After that, if you were not able to recover the picroma account. Send a e-mail to [e-mail] and ask for help and include your paypal receipt and explain that you have forgotten what e-mail you have used/the e-mail does not exist.

Logged into my account on Picorama and found my steam Key. Looking forward to seeing the progress made on this game first hand.

I find that the picroma site no longer has a working login form, so I can't retrieve my key.

I have posted a thread asking if Wollay or pixxie been responding to customer concerns/ hacked accounts or stolen keys. Am curious is their even doing anything since launch.

They recovered some accounts for alpha backers, so they could get their steam key for the release version. This was still done 1-2 weeks after the beta.

I sent an email off from the account I purchased the game through and got my key sent to me by Pixxie a few hours later. Good beans.
