At Daytona, there really shouldn't be much tire wear unless you are really coming into the corner hard and trying to diamond the corner. I don't even know if that's possible, but I don't have any reason that you would see that with default setups.

and its only the right front tire, it will be at 20% 25 laps in and every other tire would be at 80%
- Camber, like it's said allready. I found, that the left Tire-Camber can be always a bit higher +, than the right - camber.
Bear in mind that once we try to go too far in a single setting of setup, it affects long run pace through races inevitably. Hence the existence of divided setups to save for qualifying&race.
I think the best choice is to leave AI all on normal and set the player tire wear to "less wear" (I can't remember if that's the exact name). This gives you more laps before your tires really wear out and seems to even things out with the AI.
