Blurry and stuttering graphics

Hello, I don't know why, but at this point the game is a blurry mess for me. I tried every option. Changed graphics, changed resolution and turn on / off VSync.
Did anyone else experiencing this issue? All drivers are up-to-date.

1080ti should be enough if a 1660ti is recommended :/

Yes, I was running at Bristol with the FPS counter on. I had a stable 60fps, but the game has stutters. Using GTX 960 2GB.

The stuttering is weird. It's like when I'm exiting corners side by side with the AI. The vision seems to slow? But I keep a stable 60fps the whole time. Something's off, for sure.

Never mind. I requested a refund. Not worth the 42€ if you can't drive smooth. I will try Heat 3 for around 17€. Should be ok. Actual paintjobs are not important for me.

These are the graphics in the game. Nothing is wrong with your pc.Jut get used to it. Maybe they will bring the option of turning it off

Always turn the shadows down to low. This helps many issues.

I tried every setting which is available. Result was the same.

If there's an option to change shadow detail I'd definitely play with that. One user who has the XBox One X version says that the shadows have white speckles in them when you select the "Quality" , overall graphics setting. As to the OPs comment about blurry graphics; is there an option to turn motion blur on or off?
